How The Event Is Structured

The Rotation

6–8 activity stations are set up on your field.

Each station serves approximately 10–25 participants (or one class).

Groups rotate clockwise through every station.

A lead facilitator announces each rotation using the sound system.

Rotations occur approximately every 5–8 minutes.

Equipment, setup, breakdown, and event management are included.

Teacher Responsibilities

Remain with your class throughout the event.

Travel with students from station to station.

Help students remain in four organized lines.

Assist with behavior, sportsmanship, and restroom/water breaks.

2 Adults

Rapid Pop® Station

Two adults remain at the Rapid Pop® station to assist participants, maintain an orderly flow of students, monitor the equipment, and promote safe operation throughout the event.

1 Adult

Hi-Striker Station

One adult remains at the Hi-Striker station to assist participants and continuously monitor the activity area. Because participants swing a sledgehammer during this attraction, dedicated adult supervision is required to help maintain a safe environment.

Please assign three adult school representatives (teachers, faculty, staff, or approved volunteers). These adults work alongside Carnival Full of Fitness® staff to help provide a safe, efficient, and enjoyable experience for every participant.
